Ex-Niger Gov, Babangida denies dumping PDP for APC

Former Niger State Governor, Mu’azu Babangida Aliyu has denied dumping the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, for the All Progressives Congress, APC.

Aliyu in a statement signed by his Personal Assistant, Prince Innocent Kure in Minna, said described the rumours as false and untrue

According to him, “Such information being circulated is false and untrue and should be disregarded by the general public, especially the Party PDP supporters.”

The former governor insisted that he still remains a bonafide, active, committed and loyal member of the PDP in Niger State and at the national level.

The PDP stalwart in Niger, however, cautioned those peddling such false rumour to desist as he is very much committed to seeing to the success of his party in the forthcoming state governorship and state assembly elections.

He then called on Nigerlites to come out en masse to vote for all candidates of the PDP at all levels in the next elections in the state.
