EPL: Chelsea’s Enzo Fernandez names favourite Premier League midfielder
Newly signed Chelsea midfielder Enzo Fernandez has named the Premier League midfielder he would like to partner him in the Blues’ midfield.
The Argentine says he likes West Ham United’s Declan Rice and has tried to learn from him after watching the England international in action.
Fernandez joined the former Premier League and Champions League title holders in a British transfer record of 106 million pounds in the January transfer window from Portugal giants Benfica.

Chelsea have been strongly linked with Rice and the midfielder is also wanted by league leaders Arsenal and struggling Liverpool.
A clip featuring Fernandez speaking about Rice during the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, went viral and spike in popularity this weekend as the Argentine World Cup winner said in the snippet: “I try to watch as much football and learn a little from everyone.
“I like [Declan] Rice of England, I try to watch him and learn.’”
